Sister Organizations

Tameer-e-Millat Foundation works in close collaboration with sister organizations that share our vision of a better Pakistan through education and healthcare. The same group of philanthropic expatriate Pakistanis who in 1987 founded Tameer-e-Millat Foundation also established these sister organizations to address the multiple challenges facing Pakistan.

Shifa International Hospitals, Ltd.

The same group of philanthropic expatriate Pakistanis who in 1987 founded Tameer-e-Millat Foundation also established Shifa International Hospital — a state-of-the-art tertiary care medical facility in the heart of Islamabad in 1993. Under Dr. Zaheer Ahmad's leadership, Shifa grew to be a leading reputable state-of-the-art tertiary healthcare facility.

Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University

On January 16, 2012, the Lower House of Parliament passed the Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University Bill unanimously. The University focuses on teachers' training programs and capacity building. The Act was passed by the Senate on February 10, 2012.

The I-CARE Fund America Inc.

A not-for-profit organization that solicits funds from donors and ensures these funds reach charitable organizations doing good work on ground. The iCF is the first Pakistan-focused donor-advised charitable fund (DAF), offering a hassle-free, low cost, flexible vehicle for charitable giving.
